6. Will I need more than one session?
Each person is different, and in most cases start to feel an improvement after the first session, however depending on the individual and the stresses the body is faced with it could take a few sessions. In the same way when we learn something new, we won't always be able to apply it (especially if it is something difficult) immediately until we practice it in order to remind ourselves until it becomes second nature to us. Our cells work in the same way, they sometimes need a few reminders before they can function at a healthy frequency on their own again.
